Control of supplies and expiration dates * **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Will be responsible for cooking foods, meats, salads, and desserts according to menus; washing, peeling, cutting, and seasoning ingredients (meats, vegetables, greens). Cleaning and organizing utensils, equipment (freezer, refrigerator, and ovens), and the kitchen’s physical area. Maintaining personal hygiene and food hygiene to prevent contamination.
