Job Summary: Strategic involvement in processing plant loss analysis, focusing on OEE, reliability, failure analysis, and continuous improvement management. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic loss analysis and OEE 2. Facilitation of reliability meetings and failure analysis 3. Efficiency management for continuous improvement Strategic involvement in weekly analysis of the processing plant's loss profile, focusing on identifying gaps in OEE components (Physical Utilization and Productivity), and proposing effective corrective actions. Facilitation of daily and weekly reliability meetings. Active participation in critical failure analyses and in defining/revising failure classification criteria for mineral processing operations. Daily monitoring of operational events (D\-1\), with direct engagement with responsible departments to correct deviations. Systematic management of the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented actions, focusing on continuous process improvement and reduction of failures resulting from non-compliance with operational strategies.
