Controller Analyst I Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits related to labor and payroll areas; Perform analysis and validation of payroll calculations, payroll-related charges, and ancillary obligations; Monitor and review processes related to benefit provision (VA, VT, health plans, etc.); Ensure compliance with current labor legislation; Support the preparation of financial reports and metrics for HR and controller areas; Perform controls and analyses using advanced Excel spreadsheets. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing or payroll calculations; Knowledge of corporate benefits and labor legislation; Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.); Experience with HR management systems (e.g., Senior, TOTVS) is desirable; Analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail. Desirable: Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Experience in large enterprises or in the outsourced services sector is a plus.
