




Job Summary: Manage the Distribution Center team, control material inflows and outflows, fleet operations, shipping, inventories, and documentation, ensuring legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and team management in the Distribution Center 2. Comprehensive fleet, logistics, and inventory control 3. KPI development and internal auditing * Management of the overall Distribution Center team * Analysis of information processed regarding material inflows and outflows * Full fleet control, including scheduling, fuel supply monitoring, and planned maintenance for each vehicle or equipment * Shipping process control, coordinated with analysts – route configuration and delivery management * Development and validation of inventory schedules and internal audits * Periodic evaluation of equipment * Extraction of system data for internal audit purposes at the Distribution Center, as requested * Organization of work routines with the team * Development of schedules for internal training, when deemed necessary * Development of KPIs for monthly closing reports * Implementation of all onboarding manuals, ensuring full adherence to instructions * Management of incoming and outgoing fiscal invoices and materials within the Distribution Center * Responsibility for compliance with current legislation * Provision of administrative operational support when required, due to team workload overload * Development of stock coverage controls via system * Control of expired products and generation of Shelf Life reports * Experience with WINTHOR (TOTVS) is a plus.
