A food company is seeking a Production Assistant in Belém (Campina). Grupo Point do Açaí is a retail chain specializing in the sale of açaí and related products. It offers a variety of açaí options, toppings, and desserts to its customers. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and organize ingredients for producing traditional cakes and regional desserts. Assist in preparing doughs, adhering to traditional recipes and house standards. Bake regional cakes (e.g., corn cake, cassava cake, rolled cake, tapioca cake, etc.) according to kitchen instructions. Produce fillings and toppings using local ingredients (coconut, rapadura, guava paste, nuts, etc.). Assemble, fill, and decorate cakes following regional culinary aesthetics and traditions. Package and store finished products, ensuring freshness and quality. Assist in producing regional desserts when required. Maintain the pastry area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Sanitize utensils and equipment in accordance with food safety standards. Support the kitchen team with general production tasks as requested. Position based in Belém / PA.
