Willingness to learn and proactivity **Job Opening: Aluminum Welder Assistant** We are looking for an **Aluminum Welder Assistant** to join our team. We seek a professional willing to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility and good manual dexterity. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in cutting, bending, and assembling aluminum profiles; * Perform measurements and markings according to project drawings and specifications; * Support the installation of doors, windows, façades, and other manufactured structures; * Sort materials, organize tools, and maintain a clean workplace; * Assist the welder in various tasks throughout the manufacturing process. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this field is preferred but not mandatory; * Basic knowledge of measurements and tools (tape measure, square, drill, etc.); * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Experience in glazing or aluminum window/door assembly; * Ability to read technical drawings. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role; * Transportation allowance / Meal voucher (per internal policy); * Collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
