Job Summary: We are seeking an SAP Technical Leader to lead architectural evolution, integration design, and technical governance within a Digital Transformation Program in the Agribusiness sector. Key Highlights: 1. Serve as a generalist SAP technical reference across multiple modules. 2. Support architectural decisions and validate solutions within an SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. 3. Contribute to SAP standards governance and continuous improvement. We seek an SAP Technical Leader to work cross-functionally across our Agribusiness Digital Transformation Program, supporting architectural evolution, integration design, technical governance, and sustainment of critical business processes. This person must possess broad expertise across the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem—including integrations, data, end\-to\-end processes, and governance—and serve as the focal point among IT, business units, and vendors. **Responsibilities:** Act as a generalist SAP technical reference, supporting multiple modules (ACM, FI, MM, SD, CO, TRM, TM, QM, PM, etc.) with an integrated process perspective. Support functional and technical architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with best practices and the Digital Transformation Program’s strategy. Validate WRICEF solutions, integrations (BTP, APIs, iPaaS), configuration parameters, and business rules. Perform cross-module impact analyses to ensure consistency across end\-to\-end flows (OTC, P2P, IM, Grains, Logistics, Finance). Monitor critical incidents and support advanced troubleshooting alongside technical leadership and vendors. Actively participate in integrated testing cycles, smoke tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Validate proposed solutions in Functional Specifications (FS) / Design Specifications (DS), ensuring technical quality, completeness, and compliance. Monitor and review data loads, batch jobs, integrations, authorizations, and RFCs. Support the development of Global Master User Documents (GMUDs), risk analyses, and technical decisions. Ensure SAP standards governance, maintaining consistency across enhancements, fixes, and improvements. **Requirements:** Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, including broad mastery of core processes and modules (ACM, FI, MM, SD, CO, TRM, TM, QM, PM or similar). Solid knowledge of SAP functional architecture, integrations, and platforms such as BTP, CPI, or similar. Experience with SAP implementation projects (Activate methodology) and sustainment in complex environments with multiple satellite systems. Ability to assess FS/DS documents, data modeling, WRICEF objects, batch jobs, RFCs, IDocs, and APIs. Experience with technical\-functional troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Knowledge of governance, technical standards, DevOps, and environment management (transport requests, PRD, QAS). **Work Location:** Curitiba/PR **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri \- 08:00–18:00\. **Additional Information:** This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PWD).
