Job Summary: Coordinate the development and management of real estate products, from land analysis through execution, with a focus on Steel Frame. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in real estate product definition and management 2. Direct interface with the CEO and investors 3. Coordination of architectural and engineering projects **Position: Real Estate Product Manager (Architect) (Steel Frame)** **Location:** Curitiba/PR **Work Model:** Hybrid **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) **Reporting To:** CEO directly **Responsibilities: * Land analysis and real estate product definition * Development of preliminary studies, volumetric analysis, and marketable proposals * Coordination of architectural projects and integration with engineering * Support in licensing, documentation, and budgeting * Interface with investors, property owners, and real estate agents * Oversight of the product through to the execution phase **Requirements: * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning with active CAU registration * Proficiency in Revit and/or SketchUp (BIM) * Strategic mindset and focus on feasibility * Strong organizational and communication skills **Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Steel Frame construction * Experience in real estate development and construction site operations **Compensation (Independent Contractor - PJ): * Fixed: BRL 3,000.00/month * Performance-based variable (up to BRL 15,000.00 per product) **Resume Submission: WhatsApp: (41) 99513-3248 Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
