CAREER AND DEVELOPMENT ICOMON is committed to supporting the education and professional development of its employees (staff), offering comprehensive programs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technical education or completed/pursuing higher education in related fields; * Proficiency in FTTx and conventional optical network design and registration tools; * Basic knowledge of optical network topology; * Experience in designing and interpreting telecommunications network projects; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Intermediate-level Office Suite and AutoCAD proficiency (preferred); * Knowledge of project analysis conducted by Public Agencies, Energy Concessionaires, Toll Road Concessionaires, and others; * Familiarity with technical standards and regulations applicable to the telecommunications sector; * Strong communication and teamwork skills. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$3.040,90 * Alelo Tudo Meal or Food Allowance – R$24.29 per day * Transportation Allowance * Unimed Health Plan – R$145.40 (with co-payment) * Bradesco Seguros Dental Plan – R$21.54 \- Bradesco Seguros Life Insurance \- % of premium based on salary * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) twice per year \*WORK HOURS\* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break.
