The TWT Group is a company operating in the technology and communications sector, providing innovative solutions to meet its clients’ needs across various fields. **Responsibilities:** Lead and supervise production teams at construction sites (masons, carpenters, laborers). Read and interpret project documents to guide service execution. Ensure compliance with schedules and quality and safety standards. Assign daily tasks and monitor team productivity. Request materials and equipment required for work execution. Position located in Santarém / PA.
