Our team is committed to advancing *in vitro* diagnostics, information technology, workflow analysis, and life sciences for clinical laboratories. **... build a promising future** Responsibilities: **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform monthly cost closing, ensuring adherence to deadlines and accuracy of reported data. * Develop and periodically monitor KPIs for costs of direct sales items (instruments, reagents, replacement parts, and controls). * Develop and monitor the annual budgeting process (Budget) and monthly revisions (Forecast), covering operational results (P\&L), balance sheet projections (BS), and cash flow (CF). * Monitor and analyze monthly performance of Latin American subsidiaries, conducting detailed breakdowns for profitability analysis by product, business line, customer, contract, and other necessary dimensions. * Ensure accuracy of Sysmex Brazil and affiliated companies' financial performance analyses and respective managerial reports, guaranteeing timely delivery and supporting the company’s strategic decision-making. * Prepare forecasts, business analyses, simulations, and business performance reports; support strategic planning processes; and conduct other financial studies. * Support month-end closing processes and analyze related results. * Collaborate with IT to implement required enhancements aimed at developing and improving work execution, with a focus on meeting internal customer needs across all departments. * Manage and lead implementation of special projects directly or indirectly involving the Controller’s Office, ensuring consistency in processes impacting the financial results of subsidiaries (SBR, SAR, SCL, SCO, and SMX). * Submit reporting packages to SCJ and SAI, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established deadlines. * Present financial results to the company’s board. * Respond to internal and external audit requests. Qualifications: **Mandatory Requirements:*** Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in controller functions; * Knowledge of: + Financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet) + Financial terminology concepts such as gross margin, operating profit, net profit, CAPEX, operating expenses, costs, and cash flow + Production Costs, Service Costs, Sales Price Formation, Margin, and Managerial Reports **Desirable Requirements:*** Intermediate English proficiency; * Spanish language knowledge; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * SAP system knowledge. *All our opportunities are open to persons with disabilities (PwD) and individuals rehabilitated by the National Institute of Social Security (INSS).*
