




#### **About the position:** * Schedule workshop services with a focus on organizing the technical schedule, providing courteous customer service, and aligning with the unit's productive capacity, contributing to a positive and efficient after-sales experience. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Attend customers via phone, WhatsApp, or other digital channels, as well as in-store, scheduling maintenance, repairs, corrective services, and diagnostics according to dealership availability; * Proactively confirm appointments and guide customers regarding required documents and procedures; * Record appointments and relevant information in the dealership’s active management system; * Perform follow-up on service visits and assist in satisfaction surveys and post-service feedback; * Support the technical consultant team with updated schedule information and customer profiles; * Act with courtesy, empathy, and promptness in resolving inquiries; * Send general reports; * Other duties inherent to the role. #### **Required qualifications:** * High school diploma; * Experience in customer service, preferably in scheduling or call center roles; #### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Pharmacy discount plan; * Meal voucher; * Life insurance;
