If you are organized, enjoy a dynamic routine, and wish to grow in the commercial field, this could be your opportunity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Sales Funnel Support: Initial lead qualification, inbound lead triage, and prospect organization for redistribution to sales representatives. * CRM Management: Ongoing updating of customer information, interaction history, and opportunity data in the system. * Scheduling and Coordination: Arranging visits, tracking deadlines, and coordinating between customers and the sales team. * Commercial Documentation Preparation: Drafting proposals, quotations, and supporting sales documents. * Billing and *Follow\-up*: Monitoring monthly billing processes and ensuring sales regularity. * Market Intelligence: Collecting and consolidating market information to support commercial strategy. * Customer Service: Pre- and post\-sales support, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Commercial Administration: Managing documentation, deadlines, payments, and other operational processes. **Technical Competencies:** * Experience in commercial administration, B2B customer service, or sales support. * Proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools (spreadsheets, documents). * Skill with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Basic knowledge of commercial processes (sales funnel, billing). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Clear and professional communication. * Proactivity and initiative. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Patience and empathy in customer service. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the automotive or transportation sector. * Familiarity with truck accessories.
