




The primary responsibility is customer service; however, the attendant also performs other important tasks that affect service quality, as well as the organization, arrangement, and preservation of food and products, and the cleanliness and hygiene of the environment. * Clean shelves, trays, utensils, floors, counters, tables, and chairs; * + Organize products on shelves, trays, display cases, utensils, tables, and chairs; + Check product expiration dates and remove expired items; + Restock products and food on shelves; + Monitor food inventory levels to ensure timely restocking before items run out; + Take and record customer orders at the counter; + Prepare, package, and price customer orders; + Restock bags and packaging supplies for customer use; + Inform management about supplies, products, and materials requiring restocking; + Report customer complaints and suggestions to management; + Package food items and label them with expiration dates, prices, or product codes; + Study and learn product codes and types to support customer service; + Provide information and guidance to customers regarding products and food items; + Familiarize oneself with the products and types of food offered to customers; + Know the products prepared for customers with dietary restrictions (e.g., lactose-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, etc.); + Identify promotional products and mark them with updated prices; + Use deli slicers and bread slicers to prepare customer orders; + Weigh and price-label customer orders; + Know manufacturing and expiration dates to inform customers and remove items before they expire. + Collect and wash dishes and utensils used during customer service
