




**JOB MISSION** Analyze, assess, and propose preventive and corrective measures aimed at safeguarding employees’ physical integrity and health, while preserving the environment and the company’s assets. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Develop the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), in compliance with NR-5; * Organize and implement the Internal Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT), in accordance with NR-5; * Distribute and supervise the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all departments and activities of the company, as stipulated by NR-6; * Prepare safety reports based on workplace inspections and propose preventive and corrective measures; * Monitor the annual renewal of fire brigade certifications, in line with legal requirements and applicable regulations; * Promote the annual reassessment of the PPRA (Program for the Prevention of Occupational Risks), as required by NR-9; * Conduct educational and accident prevention lectures tailored to specific departments and associated risks; * Accompany labor inspectors from the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) during inspections across various departments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; * Request quotations related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **Experience (in the field):** 0 to 6 months. **Desired Academic Qualification:** Occupational Safety Technician. **Specific Knowledge:** Microsoft Office Suite (Basic); Knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) (Advanced); CIPA (Advanced); Fire Brigade (Basic); PPRA, PPP, LTCAT, CAT (Intermediate); Fire Code (Basic); Negotiation Skills (Mandatory); Strong Interpersonal Skills (Mandatory). **Desired Knowledge:** Ability to deliver training sessions. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Weekly working hours: 44 hours (Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). **In addition to supporting the development of entrepreneurial professionals, you’ll also enjoy an extensive list of benefits!** **✨ For your professional development:** Educational Benefit (scholarships for employees and dependents) Corporate University **For your daily routine:** Transportation Allowance **Family, Health, and Well-being:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Birthday Day Off (a paid day off during your birth month) TotalPass (partnership with fitness centers) Employee Assistance Program – EAP (free and confidential psychological, social, financial, and legal support) Discounts at Teaching Clinics
