Training and capacity-building programs for job enhancement **Production Assistant** Company: Strong Metais, a company specializing in the manufacture of metal roofing tiles, gutters, and flashing. **Key Responsibilities:** Operational Activities: Work on the production line, operating machinery and equipment according to instructions and established standards. Material Preparation: Assist in the sorting and organization of raw materials and supplies required for production. Quality Control: Perform visual and manual inspections of manufactured products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Material Loading and Handling: Load and unload materials in the production area using appropriate equipment and adhering to safety regulations. Basic Preventive Maintenance: Support cleaning and maintenance of machinery and equipment, reporting any potential failures or irregularities to the technical supervisor. Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized production environment, following safety regulations and good manufacturing practices. Process Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to optimize production processes and achieve established daily targets. **Requirements:** Experience in industrial production, preferably in the metal or construction materials sector. Basic knowledge of machinery and ability to read production orders. Manual dexterity, agility, and attention to detail.
