Resolve technical issues directly at customer locations. Availability for coverage assignments whenever required. Install and configure devices and systems as needed. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, Computer Technician, or IT Technical Support may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
