Maintenance Technician - Santarém
**Description:** The objective of our Maintenance department within the institution is to provide all our members and visitors with access to safe, comfortable, and functional temples and buildings. Responsibilities Inspect and test the entire hydraulic system; replace or repair equipment in case of leaks or damage; Inspect hydraulic pumps and motors; test equipment and perform lubrication as needed; Clean stormwater grates; inspect and clean sewage tanks and water storage tanks; Inspect internal and external lighting systems; replace light bulbs as needed; Inspect roller doors; lubricate, troubleshoot, and repair them; Perform minor masonry repairs, as well as room painting and ceiling restoration; Clean small-scale, easily accessible, and safe roof gutters; install waterproof membranes to eliminate leaks; tighten or replace screws.
