Job Summary: The Logistics Operations Assistant supports transportation operations by ensuring proper documentation, effective monitoring, and clear communication with customers and stakeholders. Incident logging and problem resolution. **Logistics Operations Assistant** **Ipatinga \- MG** **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare necessary documentation for transportation operations; * Monitor loading, transshipment, and unloading operations; * Monitor availability of owned and third-party fleets, as well as vehicle and equipment capacity; * Track highway conditions to support operational planning; * Serve occasional (SPOT) customers and support operational demands; * Perform follow\-up on operations, keeping customers and stakeholders informed about cargo status; * Log incidents related to vehicles and cargo, forwarding information to responsible parties; * Schedule transportation, loading, transshipment, and unloading operations to optimize processes; * Check service provider and third-party vehicle status prior to trip commencement; * Issue Electronic Freight Bill (CT\-e); * Query invoices in systems indicated by customers; **Required Experience and Knowledge:** ✔ Completed high school education; ✔ Experience in transportation, logistics, or operations; ✔ Knowledge of CT\-e issuance and transportation documentation; ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ✔ Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is desirable; ✔ Flexible working hours. **Skills:** ✔ Organization; ✔ Strong communication skills; ✔ Attention to detail; ✔ Proactivity; ✔ Sense of urgency; ✔ Teamwork; ✔ Planning and problem-solving ability. **What We Offer:** ✔ Market-competitive salary; ✔ Meal or food allowance of R$ 32.00 per workday; ✔ Profit Sharing Program (PL); ✔ Food basket; ✔ Health insurance (Unimed); ✔ Dental insurance; ✔ Life insurance; ✔ Commuter allowance (6% legal payroll deduction) or mobility assistance of R$ 300.00 without deduction; ✔ Partnerships with language courses; ✔ University partnerships offering scholarships up to 75%.
