Important job details: * Work location: Ipatinga/MG branch * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM * Work modality: On-site * Employment type: Permanent Responsibilities: * Ensure company compliance with occupational safety regulations by monitoring work areas/teams, assessing employee behaviors and risk agents, and guiding employees toward appropriate practices; * Prepare, organize, and conduct training sessions, as well as lead Daily Safety Talks (DDS), Brigade Meetings, and others as needed; * Evaluate safety documentation from suppliers accessing company premises, verifying its adequacy to environmental operating conditions, thereby preventing governmental penalties and ensuring employee safety; * Monitor and investigate all occupational incidents/accidents—visiting the site, inspecting conditions, analyzing accidents collectively, preparing reports, and recommending appropriate preventive and control measures; * Execute activities required to comply with occupational safety legislation per established plans, supporting CIPA processes, PAE simulation exercises, mandatory trainings, and other related initiatives; inspect fire-fighting and personal protective equipment to ensure proper condition and functionality; * Support assessment of physical, chemical, biological, mechanical, and ergonomic agent measurements across facilities through site visits, ensuring regulatory compliance and employee safety; * Assist management in handling critical unit-level processes, supporting development of training matrices, risk management, operational procedures, and others—focusing on health and safety aspects.
