Requirements: · Completed High School education; · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; · Sales and customer service experience is desirable; · Familiarity with sales targets and performance metrics is a plus; · Experience with telecommunications is a plus; · Knowledge of Android and iOS systems is a plus. * Serve customers in person or online using official company-provided tools, adopting a consultative approach to identify needs and offer a unique value proposition; * Conduct product and service tastings, clarifying questions regarding specifications to provide greater decision-making confidence for customers; * Sell products (mobile phones and accessories) and services (plans and digital services) according to customer needs, following company procedures and guidelines; * Support customers in resolving issues related to services provided by Vivo; * Promote product and service offers and actively attract new customers; * Establish and foster customer relationships, imprinting one’s personal brand aligned with Vivo’s DNA to maintain this bond; * Contribute to organizing customer flow in-store and managing waiting lines when necessary; * Display products in the storefront and keep it organized according to company standards.
