Job Summary: We are seeking an engaged and committed legal professional to support legal activities, draft and review documents, and assist with regulatory matters. Key Highlights: 1. Individuals who value respect for people and the environment, collaboration, and innovation in daily operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the department’s legal activities, assisting lawyers, coordinators, and managers—particularly in administrative and judicial advisory and litigation matters. * Draft, review, and support negotiations of standardized contracts, terms, addenda, notices, declarations, and other low-complexity legal documents; may also handle medium-complexity matters. * Consolidate and maintain internal departmental controls, including a master spreadsheet of contracts and proceedings, and support notifications related to contractual execution. * Provide support on matters related to the Independent Auditor and regulatory obligations arising from the concession. * Serve as the administrative liaison with third-party law firms in administrative and judicial proceedings. * Conduct legal research, preliminary analyses, document reviews, and prepare submissions for public authorities. * Support due diligence and organize workflows within the Legal Department. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Law with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); Knowledge of Contract Law, litigation (civil and administrative), and experience with contract management systems; Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Mineirão Stadium **Work Modality:** On-site **Benefits:** **Transportation allowance or parking;** **Meal allowance;** **Health insurance;** **Dental insurance;** **Wellhub/Gympass;** **Birthday day-off.** Reformed in 2013, with a capacity of 62,000 spectators, hosting unforgettable matches and historic titles, the **Mineirão** is one of the most modern stadiums in the country.
