Development of commercial proposals **Job Description:** Assist the Tariff Department in daily activities. ***All our positions are eligible for PCD (Persons with Disabilities).*** **Requirements** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree Proficiency in: Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office Suite **Skills:** Attention to detail, strong teaching ability, effective interdepartmental communication, creativity, proactivity, self-criticism, flexibility, communication skills, and results orientation, organization. **Desirable Qualifications:** Power BI **Responsibilities and Duties:** **1\. Standardize Excel table formats.** **2\. Maintain Excel table files updated according to the system.** **3\. Perform verification and maintenance of tables in the system and Excel after implementation,** **adjustment, or any other change.** **4\. Record historical information when creating or modifying any item related to** **freight rate tables.** **5\. Monitor validity periods of contracts, negotiations, and tables in the system.** **6\. Maintain a verified list of cities for use in commercial proposals and table layouts.** **7\. Maintain verified aggregators in the system regarding cities, distance, and classification.** **8\. Prepare commercial proposals.** **9\. Verify daily shipments for Diamond, Platinum, and Gold customers using the Recalculation Simulator.** **10\. Verify shipments for TDE customers to ensure correct billing or identify missing charges.** **11\. Assist the Tariff Department as requested.** **12\.
