Our team comprises highly motivated individuals committed to delivering high-quality products in a collaborative and light-hearted environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:** * Planning, executing, and monitoring A/B, multivariate, and usability tests to optimize conversions across pages, user flows, and campaigns. * Analyzing user behavior using heatmaps, session recordings, navigation funnels, and forms. * Identifying friction points and optimization opportunities at key conversion points on the website and landing pages. * Collaborating closely with Media, Design, Content, CRM, and Technology teams to propose and implement improvements. * Generating hypotheses based on quantitative data (Google Analytics, BI) and qualitative insights (surveys, behavioral analysis). * Supporting the creation of performance-focused experiments: promotions, psychological triggers, layout, UX, copy, etc. * Presenting test results and recommendations for continuous iteration. **Your main challenges will be:** * Increasing conversion rates for paid and organic channels without a proportional increase in investment. * Reducing page and form abandonment at critical journey stages. * Building a data-driven culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. * Adapting CRO strategies to diverse customer profiles and channels (promotions, mobile, desktop, etc.). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Technical Requirements:** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, UX, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Communications, or related fields. * Prior experience (minimum 2 years) in CRO, digital marketing, UX, or related areas. * Proficiency with analytics and testing tools such as Google Optimize, Hotjar, VWO, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. * Ability to analyze data and formulate viable test hypotheses. * Strong communication skills and ability to articulate ideas across diverse departments. **Nice-to-Have:** * Basic understanding of UX/UI, SEO, and consumer behavior. * Familiarity with landing page development and funnel design. * Experience with e-commerce platforms, promotional systems, or high-traffic websites. * **Interest in the travel and retail sectors will be a significant advantage.** **Additional Information** We seek a dynamic individual capable of making autonomous decisions—and, most importantly, open to sharing knowledge and learning from everyone.
