Job Description: Front-end Developer We are looking for a Front-end Developer to strengthen our technology team, working on the development, evolution, and maintenance of the interfaces, components, and user experiences of our platform. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain user interfaces and reusable components using React and Next.js. * Ensure performance and code quality in large-scale applications with strong adherence to TypeScript. * Implement data communication logic, integrating with REST APIs and managing real-time data via WebSocket. * Actively participate in architectural decisions and define best front-end practices to ensure performance, maintainability, and scalability. * Guarantee technical excellence through automated testing and rigorous code reviews. * Collaborate with product and back-end teams to translate complex functional requirements. What We Expect From You: * Strong technical expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and the modern front-end ecosystem. * Proven experience building complex, responsive user interfaces optimized for high performance. * Knowledge of scalable front-end architectures. * Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). * Leadership and technical mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team toward front-end excellence. * Familiarity with automated testing tools (Jest, Testing Library) and system monitoring solutions (Sentry or similar). * Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear objectives for stakeholders. * Ability to balance technical decisions with strategic business goals. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: * Experience developing solutions involving video provider SDKs (WebRTC). * Knowledge of CI/CD practices for front-end deployment pipelines and basic cloud infrastructure. * Prior experience in startups or dynamic, agile environments. * Advanced knowledge of design patterns and strategies for managing complex state.
