**Product Developer** We are looking for a **Product Developer** to work **independently**, with a strong sense of responsibility, product vision, and the ability to make informed technical decisions. This person will play an active role in building, evolving, and ensuring the quality of our digital products—going beyond simply implementing feature requests. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain digital products (SPAs, APIs, and automations). * Participate in **product discovery**, refinement sessions, and technical discussions with PMs and designers. * Contribute ideas, improvements, and solutions that deliver real value to the product and its users. * Make informed technical decisions, clearly justifying choices and trade-offs. * Ensure delivery quality, including testing and adherence to development best practices. * Work autonomously, organizing your own deliverables and priorities. **Technical Requirements** * Experience with **ReactJS**, including building responsive SPAs, using hooks, and managing state. * Proficiency in **JavaScript and TypeScript**, following best practices. * Experience developing **APIs with Node.js** (Express, Hono, or similar frameworks). * Knowledge of **relational databases**, especially PostgreSQL. * Experience with **unit and integration testing**. * Understanding of **web security**, including authentication and authorization. * Experience or interest in **integrating with AI APIs** (OpenAI, Gemini, or similar). * Familiarity with modern web products and tools, drawing from current industry best practices. **Expected Profile** * **Self-taught** mindset, with initiative to learn new technologies as required by the product. * Ability to work **autonomously and responsibly**, without needing micromanagement. * Critical thinking to avoid over-engineering and propose simple, effective solutions. * Collaborative attitude, open to giving and receiving feedback. * Clear and concise communication, especially when explaining technical decisions. **Nice-to-Have** * Prior experience working within product teams. * Experience in startup environments or with rapidly growing products. * Interest in business aspects and the product’s impact on customers.
