




Job Summary: Responsible for active outbound prospecting of new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and feeding the sales team with hot opportunities by managing the entire prospecting process. Key Highlights: 1. Actively prospecting new business opportunities and qualifying leads. 2. Creating and executing outbound prospecting sequences. 3. Monitoring metrics and performance reporting. You will actively prospect new business opportunities (outbound), qualify leads, and feed the sales team with hot opportunities. You will be responsible for creating prospecting lists, reaching out to potential customers, qualifying their needs, and recording all interactions in the CRM to ensure that sales representatives/consultants receive high-quality leads. **Responsibilities** · Collaborate with the Commercial Director to create and execute outbound prospecting sequences. · Identify and contact leads via LinkedIn, email, phone, and other channels. · Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to predefined criteria, recording all information in the CRM. · Schedule meetings for the sales team. · Conduct strategic follow-ups to increase conversion rates. · Work closely with the commercial and marketing teams to ensure smooth sales processes. · Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports, proposing continuous improvements. **Requirements** · Proven experience in outbound sales or as an SDR. · Knowledge of B2B prospecting techniques. · Resilience, proactivity, and ambition to achieve targets. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Organizational skills to maintain a consistent prospecting flow and keep the CRM updated. **Preferred Qualifications** · Experience in the technology or IT services sector. · Familiarity with automation and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
