Job Summary: Supervise operational teams performing electrical network services, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality, while conducting oversight and development of employees. Development and training of employees **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational teams performing electrical network services (maintenance, connection, reconnection, tree pruning, inspection, disconnection of consumer units, emergency response, etc.). * Meet safety, budget, productivity, and quality performance indicators. * Ensure strict compliance with occupational safety regulations (NR\-10, NR\-35, and CEMIG procedures). * Monitor and inspect the technical quality of performed services. * Plan, assign, and track service orders. * Conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue). * Guide, train, and develop team members. * Serve as the liaison between the service provider company and CEMIG supervision. * Prepare production, safety, and performance reports. Control the use of PPE, tools, and vehicles. **Intervene immediately in situations involving risk or non-conformance.** **Technical Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical qualification in Electrotechnology or related fields preferred). * Proven experience in electrical distribution network services. * Familiarity with CEMIG operational procedures and regulations. Driver's license category B (or higher). * Basic computer skills (reporting, applications, Office suite). **Desirable Differentiators:** * Experience with CEMIG audits and inspections.
