




Job Summary: A professional responsible for splicing, installing, and maintaining optical fiber, metallic, and coaxial cables, as well as assisting with infrastructure tasks and managing a team. Leadership and supervision of team activities. * Perform cable splicing for **optical fiber, metallic, and coaxial cables**, both aerially and underground. * Carry out **installations, deployments, and maintenance** of networks. * Assemble **splice enclosures** and prepare cables for connection. * Use equipment to **test cables**, identify issues, and assist in troubleshooting. * Conduct basic and detailed tests to identify defects. * Assist with minor **infrastructure tasks**, such as installing conduits, cable trays, cable ladders, and racks at POPs and sites. * Complete **service orders** and reports documenting work performed and materials used. * Maintain the workplace **organized, clean, and safe**. * Perform other job-related tasks as required. * **Organize, assign, and supervise** team activities, submitting daily production reports.
