Job Summary: Coordinate and engage the IT team, planning and monitoring projects and processes to ensure system and network availability, performance, and security. Key Highlights: 1. IT Coordinator \- Coordinate and engage the IT team, assigning tasks, tracking outcomes, and conducting evaluations with continuous feedback. • Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects and processes aligned with business objectives. • Ensure availability, performance, and security of systems, networks, and equipment. • Monitor technological resources, identify failures, and propose solutions for optimization. * Resolve technical issues and ensure service continuity. • Provide efficient user support and manage vendor contracts. • Control departmental budget, promoting efficient resource utilization. • Implement security policies, manage access controls, and protect data. * Administer IT infrastructure (hardware, software, and networks). • Conduct security audits and monitor threats. • Maintain clear communication with teams and departments. • Analyze and improve technological processes. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. • Systems Analysis, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields. • Postgraduate degree in IT Management or related areas. • Experience leading and managing IT teams, including task assignment, project tracking, and performance evaluation in the healthcare sector. * Experience managing IT projects, from planning through implementation and follow-up. • Knowledge of operating systems, databases, servers, and networks. • Hardware support and maintenance. • Software installation and maintenance. * SQL language – databases. • IT security. • Administration of computational infrastructure environments. • Quality tools. * Advanced Office suite. • MV and Senior systems. • Familiarity with hospital management processes. • Contract negotiation. * LGPD. • Labor legislation.
