HR Payroll Analyst responsible for payroll department routines, ensuring organization, legal compliance, and process efficiency with continuous improvement.

We are seeking an **HR Payroll Analyst** to oversee payroll department routines, ensuring organization, legal compliance, and process efficiency.

* Payroll and Labor Charges Management (process and verify payroll; calculate labor charges, taxes, and ancillary obligations; ensure adherence to legal deadlines);
* Electronic Timekeeping Management (administer time tracking system; verify time entries, banked hours, and overtime; validate and guide managers on working hour legislation; ensure accurate monthly time closing);
* Vacation Management (track acquisition and concession periods; calculate vacation payments and related charges; ensure payment within legal deadlines; monitor risks related to expired vacations);
* Hiring (manage onboarding process — documentation, registration, contracts; perform system and eSocial registration; ensure signing of mandatory documents);
* Termination (perform severance calculations; arrange documentation and homologation — where applicable; ensure compliance with legal deadlines; advise employees regarding severance payments);
* Benefits Administration (manage benefits (transportation allowance, meal/food vouchers, health insurance, tuition assistance, etc.); verify billing; support employees with related inquiries);
* Manage admission, periodic, and exit medical examinations; track ASO expiration dates; ensure compliance with PCMSO and PGR;
* Legal Compliance and Updates (monitor changes in labor legislation; implement necessary adjustments; ensure fulfillment of obligations (eSocial, FGTS, INSS, etc.); serve as internal technical reference on labor matters);
* Process organization and improvement: map HR payroll workflows, identify improvement opportunities, propose adjustments and automation;
* Ensure document organization and standardization.
**Requirements**
* Solid experience in HR Payroll Department;
* Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation;
* Experience with eSocial;
* Organized, innovative, proactive profile with strong sense of priority.
