Job Summary: The Fiscal Assistant will support tax routines, ensuring legal compliance, tax calculation, fiscal bookkeeping, and issuance of tax documents. Key Highlights: 1. Support in issuing tax documents and organizing files We are seeking a **Fiscal Assistant** to support tax routines, ensuring proper compliance with tax obligations and legal conformity of processes. The professional will collaborate with the team on tax calculation, fiscal bookkeeping, and issuance of tax documents. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in calculating direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL); * Perform fiscal entries and bookkeeping of incoming and outgoing invoices; * Contribute to the preparation and verification of tax payment slips; * Support the submission of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DCTF, among others); * Maintain organization of tax documents and electronic files; * Provide support in resolving tax inconsistencies and during tax audits **Main Benefits** * Variable bonus / incentive, averaging between R$200.00 and R$250.00 per month for employees * Meal allowance of R$30.00 per day (or R$20.00 \+ free lunch at a partner restaurant included), equivalent to approximately R$600.00 per month * Choice between transportation voucher or fuel allowance (VT rule: deduction of up to 6% of salary) * Unimed health plan (co-payment – full monthly premium covered by the company) * Unimed dental plan (100% covered by the company) * Life insurance * Snacks and cafeteria available * Flexibility in compensating holiday weekends * GymPass (WellHub: gym network – subsidized co-payment) * Agreement with Clube Recreativo Mineiro for complimentary employee access (club located in the Sion neighborhood) * Education Incentive: the company covers up to 90% of course costs related to the employee's field of work
