Job Summary: Professional to lead operational teams, supervise earthwork, civil, infrastructure, and demolition projects, ensuring execution in accordance with designs and safety regulations. Ensuring workplace safety and service quality Responsibilities: * Assist in developing activity schedules and distributing tasks among teams; * Monitor activity progress and adjust resource allocation when necessary; * Ensure services are performed in compliance with designs, technical specifications, and quality standards; * Supervise execution of earthwork, civil, infrastructure, and demolition projects. * Lead teams of workers, including masons, laborers, carpenters, and electricians; * Promote motivation and discipline in the workplace; * Identify training needs and suggest capacity-building initiatives; * Ensure all workers comply with occupational safety regulations; * Report incidents and propose corrective measures to prevent accidents; * Keep the Site Foreman and/or Engineer informed about work progress and any site-related issues; * Prepare daily site reports, including progress, problems, and material usage. Requirements: * Completed High School education; * Technical course in Building Construction or ongoing undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering (preferred); * Experience leading operational teams at construction sites; * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and installation drawings; * Basic knowledge of earthwork and paving techniques is a plus.
