We are looking for a **Communication Analyst**, focused on **press advisory and internal communication**, to help strengthen Grupo 3TC’s institutional positioning and team engagement. If you have proven experience in media relations and prior experience in corporate internal communication, this position is for you. Key Responsibilities Press Advisory * Plan and execute press advisory activities. * Produce press releases, articles, official statements, and topic suggestions. * Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets. * Manage media contact lists, follow-ups, and media monitoring (clipping). * Support crisis communication management. * Serve as the liaison between the company and the media. Internal Communication * Plan and execute internal communication and endomarketing campaigns. * Develop institutional content for internal channels. * Support initiatives to reinforce organizational culture and engagement. * Organize strategic announcements and institutional alignment. * Integrate internal communication with external positioning. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree completed in Journalism, Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields. Technical Requirements (Mandatory) * Excellent writing skills and mastery of standard Brazilian Portuguese. * Proven experience in corporate press advisory. * Experience producing press releases and managing journalist relationships. * Experience in internal communication and institutional campaigns. * Hands-on experience with media monitoring (clipping) and media tracking. * Basic understanding of crisis management and institutional positioning. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in B2B or industrial companies. * Basic SEO knowledge. * Experience with RD Station or marketing automation tools. * Familiarity with WordPress and digital content production. Other Requirements * Must reside in Belo Horizonte (mandatory). * Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the field. * Availability for events and possible travel.
