**What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in receiving, inspecting, picking, and handling merchandise. * Experience with the SAP system will be considered a plus. * Desired ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Capacity for learning, practicing, and consistently adhering to company procedures, standards, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A day in the life of a Logistics Operator:** * RECEIVING MERCHANDISE: + Conducts quantitative and qualitative receipt of both commercial and non-commercial merchandise (e.g., equipment, office supplies), verifying and identifying overall condition, supplier, length, reference number, color tone, expiration date, etc. + Prepares physical space and necessary equipment for proper receipt, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records all relevant details about received merchandise (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) in the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores merchandise in the correct warehouse location by reading the receipt slip to expedite future order picking or delivery. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security labels to theft-sensitive items, ensuring merchandise delivered to stores is ready for sale. + Sorts merchandise according to flow typology—store-bound or warehouse-bound. + Releases merchandise for storage in the Store or Warehouse by contacting the Replenishment or Storage team to perform storage (receiving note). + Performs anti-shrinkage actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received merchandise, optimizing vehicle flow in the Merchandise Receiving yard and ensuring correct handling of material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, cages). + Keeps equipment, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) organized. + Stacks pallets safely to prevent damage to property and personnel. + Maintains a clean and organized receiving area to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives validated shrinkage reports from the Sales Department, performs qualitative and quantitative inspections, and places shrinkage-marked items in the designated disposal area. + Receives supplier returns validated by the Sales Department, performs qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickup. + Receives shipments for Technical Assistance, performs qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickup. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Picks RSS (Reserve Stock), identifies products, and informs the Commercial Department of the pick status. + Assigns physical locations for merchandise, maintaining rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers merchandise to customers promptly and courteously, placing items into the customer’s vehicle. + Picks and inspects merchandise, verifying all items listed on the issued order, making them available for customer pickup at the Merchandise Pickup Counter or for courier delivery (home delivery). * REPLENISHMENT: + Restocks products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores and ensures inventory quality and reliability. + Reviews daily orders generated by the Commercial Department, verifies data consistency in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.), organizes orders chronologically, and releases them for billing. + Provides telephone customer service regarding delivery timelines. + Informs the Logistics Supervisor of any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in optimizing warehouse slotting (setup, rotating inventories, etc.). + Processes canceled RSS orders daily. + Records shrinkage incidents identified during merchandise picking. + Maintains strong relationships and serves as the liaison with third-party couriers. + Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively address potential merchandise-related issues. + Reports merchandise-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serves as the point of contact for the Merchandise Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Adheres to safety regulations.
