Basic knowledge of building maintenance and good communication Caretaker\-Maintenance Technician We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and organized caretaker to perform maintenance, conservation, and ensure the proper functioning of common areas in the condominium\/company. Responsibilities: Perform daily inspections of common areas. Carry out maintenance and repair services (electrical, plumbing, etc.). Assist residents or staff by providing necessary support. Comply with coexistence and safety regulations. Requirements: Basic knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and minor repairs). Good communication skills and professional demeanor. Proactivity and sense of responsibility.
