Job Summary:
The Receptionist will greet visitors and answer phone calls, provide administrative support, and safeguard the property and organization of the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet, identify, and proactively direct visitors.
2. Provide administrative and operational support services.
3. Answer phone calls and assist in organizing events.
**RECEPTIONIST \- PCD**
**Work schedule:** 8 hours and 48 minutes daily, totaling 44 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday; exceptionally, when work on other days is required and duly authorized, with appropriate distribution of working hours.
**Meal and rest break:** 1 hour
**Minimum qualification required:**
a) Completed high school education or equivalent technical course;
b) Basic computer skills (internet, Word, and Excel);
c) Proficiency in using computers, computerized systems, telephone terminals, as well as recording and querying databases;
d) Punctuality, discipline, proactivity, and attendance;
e) Ability to interact and communicate effectively with the public;
f) Professionalism in dealings with colleagues and cooperation with other professionals.
**Work routines:**
a) Greet, identify, and direct visitors, providing them with information regarding the location of departments and personnel within the agency’s premises;
b) Answer and place telephone calls, providing guidance relevant to activities conducted within the scope of their responsibilities;
c) Provide administrative, operational, and institutional support services to judges, directors, guests, staff, and the general public, as well as digitize official correspondence and documents upon request;
d) Receive dignitaries at events organized by the Court, upon request;
e) Observe general security protocols, identifying and registering users and visitors for access to Court facilities, and promptly notifying the Security Department of any persons or incidents that may pose a risk to property or personal safety of the employer;
f) Verify identification documents, print control reports, and search archived documents;
g) Register incoming documents and materials;
h) Assess user needs and direct them to the appropriate departments;
i) Schedule services, arrange interviews, visits, or meetings;
j) Maintain confidentiality regarding matters related to the job;
k) Immediately inform the General Supervisor and supervisor/proxy of any information deemed important;
l) Prohibit any commercial activity (e.g., sales, promotions, representation) within TRF6 premises, including during lunch breaks;
m) Safeguard employer-owned property under their responsibility, maintaining cleanliness, order, and professional appearance of work areas, and requesting necessary maintenance when required;
n) Perform other duties pertinent to this occupational category, as defined in the Brazilian Occupational Classification (CBO), adhering to principles governing Public Administration, ensuring all tasks exclusively meet the agency’s needs.
**Salary:** R$ 3\.043,28
