Responsible for analyzing, structuring, and drafting technical and commercial proposals, collecting information from technical, procurement, and commercial departments, ensuring documentary compliance, offer competitiveness, and deadline adherence, thereby supporting the commercial strategy of Grupo Setta. * Analyze tender documents, specifications, and terms of reference, identifying requirements, constraints, and opportunities to guide the development of compliant and competitive proposals. * Collect necessary technical, commercial, and administrative data and documents for proposal preparation, utilizing internal systems and checklists to ensure completeness and compliance of information. * Structure cost sheets, schedules, and supporting documents by applying established templates and methodologies to ensure accuracy and standardization in proposals. * Draft and review technical and commercial proposals by integrating inputs from various departments to meet client requirements and maximize success chances. * Maintain updated proposal-related files, internal controls, and performance indicators using digital tools to ensure traceability and facilitate audits. * Interface with technical, procurement, and commercial departments to promote efficient communication and alignment of information for proposal development. * Develop reports, comparative analysis maps, and presentations using data analysis and visualization tools to support strategic decision-making by responsible personnel. * Meet and monitor established proposal submission deadlines, anticipate potential obstacles, and report risks to responsible personnel. * Conduct detailed verification of documents and information included in proposals, applying internal quality standards to minimize non-compliance risks. * Monitor and support preparation of qualification documentation for bidding processes, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and client requirements. * Draft clarifications and responses to client inquiries, promoting transparency and accuracy in communications. * Flag to responsible personnel any inconsistencies, uncertainties, or risks identified during tender analysis and proposal development, proposing solutions to mitigate failures. * Contribute to continuous process improvement by suggesting adjustments to templates, workflows, and controls to enhance efficiency and delivery quality. * Adhere to Grupo Setta’s compliance policy, ensuring all activities comply with the company’s ethical, legal, and regulatory guidelines, promoting integrity and transparency in commercial processes.
