Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the drafting of safety documents, monitor safety inspections, and control the use of PPE. Key Highlights: 1. Support in drafting and updating safety documents 2. Monitoring safety inspections and PPE control 3. Participation in organizing and implementing safety training Position: Occupational Safety Technical Assistant Location: Belo Horizonte Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Salary: Current minimum wage Benefits: Transportation Allowance (paid in cash) Meal Allowance: R$20.00/day Job Responsibilities: Support the drafting and updating of documents such as PCMSO, LTCAT, and PGR; Monitor and conduct safety inspections at company facilities; Control the distribution and use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), with records maintained on PPE forms; Assist in investigating occupational incidents and accidents; Participate in organizing and implementing safety training; Maintain up-to-date safety records and documents, including PGR, PCMSO, Service Orders (SO), ASO, PPE forms, etc.; Schedule occupational medical examinations (ASO); Identify and prospect clinics for conducting ASOs; Research and obtain quotations for PPEs and uniforms; Maintain updated spreadsheets of occupational medical examinations; Use tools such as Excel and Word for data organization and reporting; Possess basic knowledge of NRs (Normative Rules) to support training and legal compliance; Willingness to travel. Requirements: Technical Course in Occupational Safety (completed or in progress); Knowledge of Normative Rules (NRs); Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word); Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication ability; Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Experience: * Occupational Safety (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
