Reporting incidents and conducting security patrols **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the gatehouse of Arena Independência, managing access control for people and vehicles, including registration of entries and exits. Provide visitor assistance, reception, and identification, as well as monitor access points. Manage receipt and distribution of mail and deliveries, report incidents, and conduct periodic stadium patrols to verify door closures and light shutdowns. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education; attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities for public interaction; alignment with América’s culture, demonstrating enthusiasm and dedication to representing the club. **Schedule:** 12x36 shift — 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. **Location:** Arena Independência. **Address:** R.
