Job Summary: The professional will monitor and manage the fleet in real time, tracking routes, identifying deviations, and ensuring safety and compliance with operational procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time monitoring and management of fleet, routes, and incidents. 2. Documentary and financial control of the fleet, including IPVA and costs. 3. Interaction with operational teams and analysis of logistics KPIs. · Monitor fleet vehicles in real time via tracking and telematics systems. · Track adherence to pre-planned routes. · Identify route deviations, unscheduled stops, or risky situations. · Maintain contact with drivers for guidance and support during operations. · Record operational incidents in the system or monitoring report. · Immediately notify management of any irregularities, delays, or emergency situations. · Monitor delivery and pickup status. · Update operational reports and controls for the department. · Ensure compliance with fleet safety procedures. · Open and monitor daily routes in the monitoring system. · Monitor vehicle movement throughout the entire operational shift. · Record events such as: delays, stops, route deviations, or incidents. · Assist in providing logistical support to drivers during operations. · Update the manager or analyst on operational progress. Monitoring and incidents. · Monitor fleet and cargo insurance policies. · Control mandatory vehicle documentation, such as **IPVA, licensing, and transfers**. · Monitor costs related to fleet operations, including **tolls, fuel, unloading, and travel expenses**. Operational Team Management Interact with operational teams involved in logistics, including: · Drivers · Warehouse workers · Mechanics · Operational assistants · Security personnel · Motorcyclists · Vehicle washers Ensuring operational alignment and supporting activity execution. Document and Process Control Responsible for organizing and controlling operational documents, such as: · Vehicle checklists · Service orders (SO) · Purchase authorizations · Invoices and bills (contracts, purchases, and services) · Fleet and cargo insurance documents · Occupational health documentation (medical examinations) · GTA (Animal Transit Guide) · Vehicle transfer receipts · Fuel consumption records · Toll and travel expense records · Unloading and logistics cost records · Cargo loading and logistics turnover control · Vehicle tracking records · Certification control related to operations Data Control and Analysis · Populate spreadsheets and managerial reports for the logistics department. · Monitor operational KPIs, such as **average fuel consumption and logistics costs**. · Prepare fleet and operational performance reports. · Support management decision-making based on operational data. **KPIs:** · Adherence to planned routes · Response time to incidents · Rate of identified and resolved deviations · Control of unscheduled stops · Timeliness of operational information updates · Prepare a daily monitoring and incident report.
