Teamwork and commitment to safety regulations. **Job Description:** The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for supporting conservation, repair, and maintenance activities for electrical, hydraulic, and civil infrastructure—including Cemig medium-voltage networks—within Parque da Gameleira, ensuring proper functioning of physical structures, green spaces, and equipment, thereby contributing to the safety and well\-being of visitors and staff. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, civil, and Cemig medium-voltage installations; * Perform minor repairs on structures, furniture, and equipment; * Support the upkeep of outdoor areas, including cleaning and organization; * Assist in garden and green space maintenance; * Identify and report requirements for more complex maintenance tasks; * Follow safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Knowledge of metalworking; * Support technical teams in specific services when required. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in general maintenance activities (a plus); * Basic knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, welding, and civil construction; * Familiarity with Word and Excel is desirable; * Availability for physical work and outdoor activities, overtime, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (as needed). **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity and responsibility; * Teamwork; * Organization and attention to detail; * Commitment to safety regulations.
