ACTIVITIES – GRILL MASTER * Prepare and portion beef, pork, poultry, and other proteins according to the establishment’s standards. * Season, marinate, and organize meats for service. * Grill meats and chicken over charcoal, controlling fire intensity, temperature, and doneness level for each cut. * Safely and skillfully handle grills, grates, skewers, and other barbecue equipment. * Ensure quality standards, flavor, juiciness, and presentation of products. * Organize the workstation before, during, and after service. * Clean and sanitize the grill, utensils, equipment, and work area. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and good food handling practices. * Monitor usage of supplies (meats, charcoal, firewood, seasonings) to avoid waste. * Support the team in customer service when necessary, maintaining efficiency and organization during service.
