





Description: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Public-facing customer service. Take over the shift by reviewing key information necessary to begin work; Monitor entry and exit of customers and staff, verifying badge usage and identifying suppliers, visitors, and equipment; Provide in-person or telephone assistance to internal and external customers, delivering information and guidance; Report nonconformities to the immediate supervisor via telephone or in person; Manage vehicle traffic and goods deliveries at the loading and unloading entrance; Patrol the facility to identify potential nonconformities and, if necessary, notify the immediate supervisor; Participate in meetings related to the department when requested; Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level upon request from the immediate supervisor 2512070202191568393
