Job Summary: Psychology professional to conduct assessments, administer and score psychological tests, prepare psychological reports, and facilitate group dynamics for candidates. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting psychological assessments and interviews. 2. Administering and scoring psychological tests. 3. Preparing psychological reports and facilitating group dynamics. **Completed Psychology degree \- temporary position for 180 days with potential for permanent hiring.** Schedule psychological assessments for candidates as needed; organize the daily battery of tests to be administered; call candidates at reception; establish rapport with candidates; conduct psychological interviews; administer and score psychological tests; prepare psychological reports; design and facilitate group dynamics for candidates applying for promotion or admission; provide feedback on psychological assessments to candidates requesting results; enter employee and candidate data into the system; archive client files; provide support to the recruitment department as needed. **Proficiency in administering, scoring, and preparing reports for the Palographic Test.** **Note: Resumes not matching the profile will not be reviewed.** **Meal allowance: BRL 565.00** Employment type: Full-time, Temporary Contract duration: 6 months Compensation: BRL 4,625.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Company vehicle Selection question(s): * Please describe your experience with psychological interviews and test administration Work location: On-site
