Responsibilities: Assist in various tasks related to meal preparation activities. Perform pre-preparation, side dishes, and other duties according to task assignments. Clean, wash, and sanitize food items according to their specifications, following applicable regulations and instructions. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, performing daily cleaning of all areas, facilities, furniture, and kitchen utensils according to the pre-established schedule, ensuring sector quality. Assist in receiving food supplies and in the selection and storage process. Transport food items and heavy loads within the kitchen. Report any irregularities that may hinder the performance of duties to the nutritionist. Required Skills: Completed elementary education; Experience in this role. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively; Proactive attitude and flexibility.
