Supports the vehicle delivery process **Billing Assistant** Job Mission: Perform billing and customer service activities, ensuring accurate issuance of tax documents, document organization, compliance with legal obligations, and support for the vehicle delivery process, contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities * Issue sales, transfer, return, consignment, and other tax invoices. * Verify orders, contracts, and required documentation for billing and vehicle delivery. * Organize, control, and archive tax, commercial, and sales plan documents. * Monitor the billing flow, performing corrections, cancellations, and adjustments as needed. * Provide telephone and in-person customer service, clarifying questions related to the purchase, billing, and delivery processes. * Monitor the vehicle delivery process, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service quality. * Schedule deliveries of brand-new vehicles and coordinate information with departments responsible for vehicle preparation and release. * Act as the interface among customers, the sales team, billing, and vehicle preparation. * Prepare controls and reports, and maintain updated records of performed operations. * Ensure the organization, confidentiality, and integrity of information and documents under their responsibility. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00; Saturdays, 09:00–13:00.
