Job Summary: Develop, maintain, and enhance internal portals; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; and ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams **Start Date:** As soon as approved **Duration:** Indefinite — join the consulting team **Responsibilities:** Develop, maintain, and enhance internal portals (intranet, administrative dashboards, management tools). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, UX, infrastructure) to define requirements and implement solutions. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Conduct code reviews, write technical documentation, and contribute to development best practices. Identify and fix bugs, and propose improvements to existing systems. **Location:** Hybrid work in Belo Horizonte \- MG, with availability for travel **Expenses:** Reimbursable **Requirements:** **Backend:** Solid experience with Node.js (Express/Nest.js) or Python (Django/FastAPI). Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis). Experience building RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Familiarity with authentication/authorization principles (JWT, OAuth2\). **Frontend:** Proficiency in React or Vue.js (with experience in global state management, hooks, composables). Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/SCSS), and frameworks such as Tailwind or Bootstrap. Experience with TypeScript. Integration of APIs and real-time data consumption (WebSockets, Server\-Sent Events). **DevOps \& Tools:** Version control with Git (GitFlow or trunk\-based development). Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). Monitoring (New Relic, Sentry, ELK Stack) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Portfolio or projects demonstrating technical skills (GitHub repositories, open-source contributions).
