Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to create, evolve, and maintain web applications—from understanding requirements through to delivery—with a focus on AI. Key Highlights: 1. Autonomous work focused on quality and continuous improvement We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to create, evolve, and maintain web applications, participating in all project phases—from understanding business needs to architecture definition, development, testing, documentation, and delivery. We seek someone autonomous, curious, with strong communication skills and an interest in strategically and responsibly applying artificial intelligence tools to software development. Main Responsibilities * Develop and maintain web applications, working on both frontend and backend. * Design and architect projects from scratch, evaluating and selecting optimal technical approaches. * Consume, develop, and integrate APIs. * Build integrations between platforms, tools, and disparate systems. * Model, query, and work with relational databases. * Use artificial intelligence tools—such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalents—to support and accelerate development. * Critically review code and solutions generated by artificial intelligence, ensuring quality, security, and alignment with project requirements. * Document projects, features, integrations, and technical decisions. * Manage project versioning using Git and GitHub. * Work with branches, pull requests, and collaborative development workflows. * Translate demands and needs from non-technical areas—including design, customer support, and clients—into viable technological solutions. * Participate in identifying system and process issues and proposing improvements. Requirements * Experience in software development. * Proficiency in programming logic. * Knowledge of frontend and backend development. * Experience with relational databases and SQL, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. * Knowledge of database modeling. * Experience with REST APIs—including consumption, development, and integration. * Familiarity with Git and GitHub—including versioning, branches, pull requests, and collaborative workflows. * Familiarity with software project architecture and structuring. * Consistent use of AI development tools—such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar. * Ability to craft effective prompts, apply AI in project planning and development, and critically validate AI-generated content. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to work autonomously, manage shifting priorities, and handle requests that are not always fully structured. Education * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. * Candidates with technical diplomas in Systems Analysis and Development or similar fields will also be considered, provided they are currently pursuing a technology-related undergraduate degree. Contract and Work Model * Contract type: Individual Contractor (PJ). * Work model: Hybrid. * Monthly remuneration: R$ 4\.000,00\.
