**Available hours:** **06:00 to 15:00 (Mon & Wed) 06:00 to 12:00 (Tue, Thu, Fri and Saturday)** **17:00 to 23:00 (Mon, Wed, Fri) 14:00 to 18:00 and 19:00 to 23:00 (Tue and Thu) 13:00 to 19:00 (Saturday) 6x1** **Activities:** * Manage and maintain classroom and auditorium spaces, as well as associated equipment and materials; * Schedule classrooms and auditoriums, ensure proper preparation of spaces, and provide audiovisual support for events and classes; * Ensure equipment functionality, move furniture as needed, identify and coordinate maintenance and repairs; * Control equipment loans, manage department assets, and handle material damages and losses; * Monitor class schedules and incidents to ensure efficient operations and minimize impact on the academic community; * Perform daily inspections of spaces and equipment to ensure optimal conditions for use, playing an essential role in continuous support for the quality of teaching resources and the learning environment. * Carry out other tasks similar to those described above at the manager's discretion. Requirements: * High school diploma; * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Computer skills desirable; * Experience in assembling audiovisual equipment is a plus.
